I am offering Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga for individuals and groups. Please see “TCTSY” tab for more information.

I am a Hawai’i licensed psychologist and certified Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) facilitator and mentor located in the Kaimuki neighborhood of O’ahu. I enjoy working with those who have experienced trauma in their lives and am now offering TCTSY to individuals and groups. I also work with Project Koa Yoga to provide yoga in collaboration with community groups.
